At PlixoroBD.com, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of digital goods, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refund Policy for Digital Products
🔹 No Refund Policy (General Rule)
All sales of digital products (themes, plugins, extensions, etc.) are final.
Since digital products are instantly downloadable and cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds unless there is a valid technical issue that cannot be resolved.
🔹 Exceptions (When Refunds May Be Considered)
We may issue a refund only in the following cases:
✅ Defective or Non-Functional Product:
If the product does not work as described and our support team cannot fix the issue.
Proof (e.g., screenshots, error logs) must be provided.
✅ Duplicate Purchase:
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice (must provide order details).
✅ Unauthorized Purchase:
If your account was fraudulently used (must provide evidence).
❌ No Refund Will Be Given For:
Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind).
Failure to check system requirements before purchase.
Incompatibility with third-party plugins/themes (unless proven to be a product defect).
2. How to Request a Refund

3. Return Policy (Non-Applicable)
Digital products cannot be “returned” as they are intangible.
No replacements unless the file is corrupted or missing (we’ll resend download links).
4. Subscription & Membership Cancellations
If you subscribed to a recurring plan, you may cancel anytime.
No refunds for already charged periods (future billing stops immediately).
5. Dispute Resolution
If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, your account may be suspended.
Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from PlixoroBD.com.
